MEET BAILEY
Principal of Golden Hour
I started Golden Hour Consulting to help growing companies build the people foundations that let them scale smarter, protect the business, and get the best out of their teams. I love helping businesses create the frameworks, programs, and people practices that make growth more sustainable, leadership more effective, and the messy people stuff a whole lot clearer.
I work best with companies that need practical support without the corporate fluff, especially businesses with little to no internal HR, teams looking to strengthen what they already have, or leaders who want an objective third-party partner. With 15+ years of in-house experience across craft beverage, hospitality, CPG, startups, and founder-led environments, I know how to meet people where they are: from entry-level hourly employees to CEOs. I act as a trusted advisor partnering with my clients to build solutions that actually work in the real world.
I take the work seriously, myself, not so much. Outside of Golden Hour, I’m usually with my Golden Retriever and Chief Morale Officer, Murphy, chasing a karaoke moment, or staying way too emotionally invested in the Bills.
